Exchanges
We are happy to make exchanges for any reason on items that have not been worn. Send us an email at maile@boutiqueacademia.com and mail your item to: 2227 Agate St Eugene Oregon US 97403. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Since returns and exchanges will be traveling by mail, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Returns
For any unworn item, we are happy to refund the purchase price minus shipping for any reason within 14 days of receipt. To process a return, please email us at maile@boutiqueacademia.com, then mail your return to 2227 Agate St, Eugene OR 97403. Since returns and exchanges will be traveling by mail, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will process your return within 4 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed through the same method of payment you originally used.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
